Organisation detailsASK-Solutions is the public name of the IRADIS Foundation. This page is the practical reference for official identifiers, registrations, contact channels, postal address, bank details and the foundation’s public websites. ASK-Solutions has its registered seat and office in Haarlem. The location of its registered seat does not limit the geographic scope of the foundation’s aims or work: knowledge, documentation, educational material, practical methods and other results are developed and shared for wider use.
The foundation promotes knowledge sharing, cooperation and social connection. Our work connects learning, making and repair with free software and hardware, privacy, digital autonomy, practical technology and issues in society. Knowledge and skills are shared, applied and developed further so that people and organisations can learn, work together and make more independent choices.
The foundation is governed by its board and works with employees, volunteers, self-employed professionals, guest instructors and collaboration partners. Board positions concern the governance of the foundation; the other roles are involved in its activities and projects. The people and roles involved vary by activity and project.
These are the foundation’s own current organisation details and should be used as the primary reference when older index sites or copied records show outdated or incomplete information.

These are the general hours during which you can usually reach ASK-Solutions by phone or expect a response to direct contact with the organisation. For locations, workshops and other project activities, the hours and practical arrangements stated there apply.
Known exceptions for 2026:
SBI codes are activity classifications recorded in the Dutch Business Register for the foundation and its establishments. They classify registered activity categories and do not describe individual job titles or roles.
The registration below is legally separate from the IRADIS Foundation and does not form part of the foundation’s Chamber of Commerce registration. It is listed here because of the telecommunications registration with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets and is used for the relevant telecommunications activities under the name ASK-Solutions. The Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers below are not the registration numbers of the IRADIS Foundation; the foundation uses the numbers 34177973 and NL811022122B01 listed above.
The ASK-Solutions office in Haarlem is located at the same location as The Owl’s Nest – Tugelastraat. This location serves both functions: work for the foundation itself takes place here, and it is also a technical and digital workshop. The location page provides information about dropping in, appointments, activities and what to expect when visiting.

For other ASK-Solutions activities, use the contact channel for the relevant area of work. Where applicable, it provides additional information about appointments, preparation and where the work takes place.
Appointments with the foundation concern ASK-Solutions as an organisation. They may include job applications, board matters, press contacts, organisational meetings, administration and other work for the foundation itself. Workshops, repair, learning activities and other specific work use the arrangements for the relevant activity or location.
When an appointment takes place at the Haarlem office, we will confirm the address, time and practical details beforehand. The office is within walking distance of Haarlem railway station and several bus stops.
