This page is a transparency mechanism. If there are circumstances in which we are legally not allowed to confirm or deny that we have received a compelled request, the removal of this statement, or a failure to update it, may be a signal that something has changed.

Update policy

We update this statement at least every 30 days. If this statement is removed, or is no longer updated within the stated period, this may mean that we are legally restricted in what we are allowed to communicate about this.

How we handle requests

When we receive a request for data, we assess it carefully. We ask for a clear legal basis and a specific scope, and we do not provide more data than necessary for the purpose of the request. If we are legally required to provide data, we comply with that obligation.
