If it concerns a sealed advertising package with a label, it is probably a folderkiezer advertising package. These packages are delivered on an address basis and not door-to-door via preference stickers. You can unsubscribe from receiving a package at folderkiezer.nl. You will also receive a package if you have both a Ja or Ja-Ja and a Nee-Ja or Nee-Nee sticker; the delivery staff cannot know whether it concerns several residents with different delivery wishes. We therefore advise you to remove or tape off the Ja or Ja-Ja sticker.
By placing a Nee-Nee or Nee-Ja sticker. In Haarlem, advertising will only be delivered to you if you have a Ja or Ja-Ja sticker or if you have registered with folderkiezer.nl.
Most likely the Ja or Ja-Ja designation is not clear. This mainly occurs with engraved signs, printed notes and non-standardized stickers. It is also possible that the sticker has faded or appears to be scratched through. It sometimes happens that the sticker is overlooked because, for example, it is placed far from the letterbox, it is stuck on the inside of a mailbox lid or plants or shrubs have grown in front of it. Our delivery staff tries to pay attention to these situations as best as possible.

In the municipality of Haarlem you will only receive advertising if you have placed a Ja or Ja-Ja sticker or if you have registered with folderkiezer.nl
No, this is not necessary. It is sufficient to place a Ja or Ja-Ja sticker on or near your letterbox.
It is possible that you have both a Ja or Ja-Ja sticker and you have also registered with folderkiezer.nl. It is also possible that it concerns different folder packages from different distributors. It is also possible that there are several nameplates hanging near your mailbox and it seems that it concerns an upstairs and downstairs apartment with a shared door and mailbox. It probably concerns advertising that is distributed separately from the sealed advertising package. It also occasionally happens that an advertising brochure is delivered too late to be included in the sealed brochure package or that the advertiser has chosen to be distributed separately next to the sealed package.
You can submit a complaint to us by sending an email to bezorgen@ask-solutions.nl. We will then find out whether the folder package has been distributed by us and will deal with your complaint or inform you which other party may have distributed your package. Advertisements that are not in a sealed folder package generally have no fixed days in the week for which they must be delivered. The deliverers of ASK-Solutions always try to deliver both sealed folder packages and loose advertising well in time so that you do not miss any offers.
If it's about the advertising brochures of the large chains such as Albert Heijn, Vomar, DekaMarkt, ALDI, Kruidvat, ETOS, Gamma, Praxis, Karwei, et cetera, then they should have been delivered in a transparent plastic seal. ASK-Solutions receives these packages already sealed every week. It happens that during the bundling and sealing of the folder packages, the sealing is not always done optimally; what we link back to Spotta and Reclamediensten De Schakel/All-Inn Verspreidingen. We notice that it occasionally happens that the seal gets stuck in the letterbox while the folders fall through. Our deliverers try to prevent this and are extra attentive to very low letterboxes, letterboxes with a tightly sprung flap and letterboxes fitted with a brush or second flap on the inside.
Sometimes folder packages are so thick that they do not fit through letterboxes with different dimensions. Since the folder packages must be delivered sealed, the rule applies that the advertising package must be placed against the front door. It is also possible that the delivery staff could not reach the mailbox due to, for example, a blocked front garden. Our delivery staff will then try to leave the package in a clear place.
The delivery staff of ASK-Solutions is instructed to push folder packages through completely. This is also strictly observed. However, it is not always possible to push a brochure package through completely due to a blockage in the letterbox. If possible, our deliverers will place the folder package against the door. It happens with very thin leaflet packages that they cannot pass through a brush or second flap mounted on the inside. In the case of very tightly sprung letterboxes, it also wants to prevent the last centimeter from being pushed in. Check your mailbox and have it repaired if necessary.
